Pricing: Pricing will be those in effect at the time of acceptance of your order. Rescue Systems, Inc. minimum advertised price (MAP) policy requires no less than Rescue Systems, INC. manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) be shown in the advertisement of all Rescue Systems, Inc. products. Contact rescuesystems@rescuesystems.com for details. Rescue Systems, Inc. reserves the right to make price changes at any time without notice.

Return Policy: Current and standard unused products in new resalable condition are returnable for refund or credit of original purchase price within 10 days. Items must have original packaging to receive credit. All returns must have a Rescue Systems, Inc. issued Return Authorization Number. A RA # is valid for 15 days from date of issue. Email rescuesystems@rescuesystems.com to obtain a RA #. 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping cost are customer's responsibility. Custom orders are not returnable or refundable for any reason other than manufacturer error.

Jurisdiction of any claim by Rescue Systems, Inc. against a customer shall be in the venue for the County of Botetourt, State of Virginia. Judgements rendered by said court shall be fully enforceable. The customer shall pay on demand all costs and expenses, including and without being limited to, reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and collection fees incurred by or on behalf of Rescue Systems, Inc. to collect or enforce these terms of sale.

Shipping Policy:  Freight/Shipping: Shipping charges are FOB, Fincastle, Virginia, USA. Rescue Systems, Inc. may decide to ship via an alternate carrier in order to save in shipping time or cost at it's discretion. Rescue Systems, Inc. reserves the right to change shipping costs prior to shipment due to weight or size at time of shipment. Domestic shipments may be insured at the purchaser's expense if specified at the time of order. All losses or damages to shipments must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. Dealers are responsible for notifying Rescue Systems, Inc. of required shipping accounts, terms, or needs. Drop ship fees may apply.
